Fold the first strip up over the second strip.

Keep folding the strips over each other in this way until you get to the end of the paper. You may have folded paper like this before to make a small spring.

When you get to the end, dab some glue under the top piece of paper and press it down so the spring can't come undone.

You have made the spring for the pig's snout.
