Look Good, Taste Good! Making food is great fun, but don't forget that you meal will be even more enjoyable if it looks as good as it tastes - and is easy to eat!

So arrange your food so that it's pleasing to the eye as well as the mouth. And think about how people will eat it. It's not sensible to serve soup on a plate, or to have one dipping and dunking bowl on a big table.
