1. One wooden spoon for each puppet that you want to make. You can buy wooden spoons from any large department store, supermarket or hardware store.
2. Some wool or embroidery thread.
3. A length of ribbon and various other items as decorations.
4. A selection of poster paints and paintbrushes.
5. A pair of scissors.
6. Some paper glue (such as Copydex).
