1. Stiff, coloured card. Make sure it's not too dark, because you'll want to write on it!
2. Coloured pencils, fat fibre-tip pens, watercolour or oil paints, and paintbrushes.
3. Glitter, coloured ribbons, coloured paper or other items for decorations. What sort of decoration would be good for the card you are making?
4. A pair of scissors.
5. Some paper glue (such as Copydex).
