To survive underwater, humans need to wear special equipment. At the very least we need an air tank to breathe, goggles so that we can see properly, a wetsuit to keep us warm and flippers so that we can swim fast. If we want to stay underwater for a long time, we need to have even more equipment and gadgets - weights so we don't float back to the surface, instruments to tell us how deep we are and many more.

But what if we wanted to live underwater? Air tanks eventually run out and, if we go really deep, even the best wetsuits don't keep us warm.
