What are ocean currents?
|
Ocean currents are movements of warm or cold seawater through water of a different temperature. Vertical currents happen because cold water sinks through warmer water. It then travels along the ocean beds as undersea currents. Surface currents are made by the wind blowing water ahead of it. | Surface currents are created by the wind |
