How deep have humans dived?
|
The deepest dive made by humans was on January 23, 1960. Two crew members of the bathyscaph Trieste descended 10,916 metres into the Pacific Ocean's Marianas Trench. No part of the world's oceans deeper than the trench has been discovered.
