The tendrils of this passion flower enable it to festoon the rain forest trees of Brazil.
The tendrils of this passion flower enable it to festoon the rain forest trees of Brazil.
The Amazon rain forest is the biggest in the world. It covers about 2.3 million sq. miles (6 million sq km) and stretches across Brazil and parts of Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana. Most of the rain forest is just south of the equator; here it is always warm, and it rains nearly every day of the year.
