Which aeroplanes are invisible?
|
Some fighter planes are sprayed with a material that absorbs radar waves, rather than bouncing them back to their source. This enables them to avoid detection on enemy radar screens. Known as 'stealth' aircraft, they are also specially shaped to deflect radar signals.
