Which products are made from milk?
Milk has many uses. From the cow, it is pumped into the farm vat and then taken by tanker to the dairy. Here the milk is pasteurised (heated to kill the bacteria). If it is to be used for drinking, it is sealed into bottles or cartons. Milk can also be processed and turned into yoghurt, cheese, cream, and butter.
