Sacred Music
Buddhist priests called 'lamas' play deep, booming horns during a ceremony at the Ta Gong monastery in Tibet. Before the Tibetan New Year, people clean out their houses and whitewash the walls to chase away any bad memories. When the New Year festival arrives, monks chant, play the horns, and dance. There are processions, sporting contests, and feasting.
