Incas

The Inca people lived in Peru about 600 years ago. Every year, the emperor and all the nobility dressed in gold and feather head-dresses and went to the city of Cuzco. They held a great festival called Inti Raymi, honouring their sun god. People played pipes and drums. The festival is still celebrated today. | | The Incas |
