Keep making the paper rings until you have one ring for each day left until your holiday. You could pick any number such as 14 (two weeks), 30 (one month) or 24 (days before Christmas), for example.

Attach your completed chain to the bottom of the piece of card which has your picture on it. Then hang your calendar chain in your bedroom.

Carefully tear off one of the rings each day and before you know it, you'll be on holiday!
