ABC123

Another code invented by the Greeks changes the letters of the alphabet into numbers. It uses a table like this (pictured) to code and decode he messages.

Each letter is written as the two numbers it is in line with - one from the horizontal list and one from the vertical list. The number from the horizontal list always comes first, so B is written 21, M is written 23 and S is 34. GridClub would be 22 24 42 41 31 13 54 21.
