Water

Just as 66% of the body is made of water, so is much of our food. You don't tend to see the water in food - it's hidden among all the other parts that make foods the different colours, tastes and textures they are. Our bodies need water to work properly, and you should have two to three litres every day. About half of this should come from food such as fruits, and the rest from drinks.
